Patricia Elzner FNP-BC graduated from Central Oregon Community College in Bend, Oregon in 1995. As a registered nurse, she worked in assisted living, regionally in six Western states and certified in gerontology and as a hospice and palliative care nurse.

As a lifetime resident in her community, she enjoyed the beautiful lakes and mountains, and hiking during most of her leisure time. Patricia received her bachelor’s degree in 2017 at Oregon Health and Science University and went on to Georgetown University graduating from their family nurse practitioner program in 2019. After visiting family and enjoying Phoenix, AZ for many years, she fulfilled her goal of moving to Arizona and working at a federally qualified health center at Sun Life Family Health Center.

Patricia, her husband Mike, and dog Jackson (double doodle) enjoy the warm weather and amenities offered that were not available in her hometown. In their leisure time, Patricia and Mike love to go to farmer’s markets, attend concerts and host guests in their Airbnb casita.
