Walk-Ins for the COVID vaccine are accepted Wednesday and Friday at our Casa Grande Family Health Center.
In office Covid tests are available at all Sun Life Healths by appointment. We also offer walk-in and curbside at some locations. Find your nearest location here.
Curbside testing is available at our Casa Grande Family Health Center location every Monday from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
If you are symptomatic an appointment with a provider is preferred to assess for other illness.
You should not receive a bill for vaccination. If you have received a bill for your COVID 19 vaccine please email contact@slfhc.org
