Amy has been happily married to her wonderful husband for four years, having met him on a cruise. She is a proud mother to a daughter, along with four bonus children—three girls and one boy. Additionally, she shares her home with six Jack Russell Terriers.

Passionate about crafting, traveling, and cherishing moments with her family, Amy has always aspired to follow in her mother’s footsteps and become a nurse. During her pregnancy with her daughter, she faced challenges with pre-eclampsia. The Nurse Practitioner at her daughter’s pediatrician’s office showed remarkable kindness, always checking on her well-being after each visit with her newborn. This thoughtful gesture of concern, despite not being her patient, has remained with her for the past twenty years.
