She has worked in healthcare and advanced her career from being a CNA in a long term care facility, to working as a Registered Nurse in a variety of settings, which includes home-health, acute care in medical/surgical, oncology and most recently she has worked in a cardiac step down ICU unit. Ms. Solis utilized her Masters in Nursing Education by taking on leadership roles such as Team Lead Charge Nurse, as well as being a preceptor for nursing students and new graduate nurses.
