Sun Life Health is soliciting statements of qualifications for the Sun Life Health Education and Medical Campus (Campus) on 10 acres in Casa Grande at SE corner of the intersection of Florence Blvd and N Via Del Cielo Rd which is owned by Sun Life Health. Sun Life Health has procured capital for an approximate 100,000 to 130,000 SF medical office building.
Sun Life Health is a not for profit 501(c)3 federally qualified health center located in Casa Grande, Arizona. The Campus is a new construction Medical Office Building (MOB) that will include family practice, pediatric services, women’s health, a full-service pharmacy, radiology, laboratory, and other ancillary services.
There are two Requests for Proposal for the project.

We have removed this exhibit from the Architectural and Engineering RFP . Please disregard any reference to the exhibit and respondents do not need to address this in their response to Section 6. The Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect will be provided for review and comments to the firm selected for this project.
A list of the questions we have received for this RFP with responses will be posted on our website by the COB on Monday, November 14, 2022. The website will be updated as needed with additional questions/answers received after 11/14/22.

We are aiming to see our first patient in the MOB by the first quarter of 2026.
This will be developed during the initial preconstruction phase.
Yes. These services could be included in the Architect Firm’s scope.
We will consolidate services at the new MOB.
