Sun Life Family Health Center (Sun Life Health) will be accepting bid proposals for the Sun Life Oracle Health Center Repair/Renovation Project.
Sun Life will not accept Bids received after close of business June 14, 2024.
Purpose:
The purpose of this project is to provide repair/renovation services at Sun Life’s Oracle Health Center Facility as described under the Project Description below and in the Scope of Services provided upon request.
Project Description:
Sun Life operates an 8,000 square foot health center facility in Oracle. The health center delivers primary care services and includes a full-service pharmacy available to both patients and residents. Approximately 1,200 square feet of space at the Oracle facility needs repair/renovation. The areas in need of repair/renovation includes a total of seven rooms (storage, boiler room, exam rooms, restrooms, IT room) and two hallways.

All bids are to be emailed to Michelle Miller at michelle.miller@slfhc.org by the submission deadline of Friday, June 14, 2024, no later than 5:00 p.m. (PST). Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided after receiving full proposal details.
