Mrs. Harrell graduated from Medtech College, Greenwood Indiana, 2009 with an Associate of Science in Nursing. She later went back to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012, and her MSN Nursing Leadership and Management in 2013, through Western Governors University (Indiana). She received her Masters of Science in Nursing, FNP, in 2022 from the University of Phoenix.

Mrs. Harrell was born and raised in Chicago, IL and moved to Indiana. Throughout her journey she has always enjoyed being a servant leader and helping others. She has an incredible thirst for knowledge, and she loves to share said knowledge with others. She loves building and nurturing new relationships both in her personal and professional life. Her ultimate goal is to decrease the stigma of mistrust in healthcare by establishing long lasting trust.

In addition to her academic and professional life, she loves to travel as well as spend time with her family, loving, laughing, and living life to the fullest.
