Ms. Husher joined Sun Life Health based on their mission of helping all people achieve their healthiest lives and their emphasis on healthcare being more than medicine. She stated, “With Sun Life Health, I have the opportunity to provide accessible and quality care to individuals within an under-resourced community.”

Her philosophy of healthcare is to treat each patient as a whole, by taking into consideration their disease(s), social situation, and beliefs, to provide optimal patient-centered care. She aims to implement active listening and open communication during patient encounters in order to establish an efficient patient-provider relationship.

In her spare time, Ms. Husher enjoys playing and watching volleyball, walking her dog, Frankie, traveling to new places, and spending time with family and friends.
